Job summary

Our Clients in Canlubang, Laguna is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of consumer and digital marketing initiatives that drive demand and revenue growth.

The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, Logistics, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to translate market activities into reliable forecasts and actionable plans.

Experience in pharma and launching products in regulated environments is preferred; onsite, dayshift, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in demand planning, forecasting, marketing operations, commercial planning, or related function.
• Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
• Experience handling pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare products in regulated environments is preferred.
• Experience working with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing teams.
• Experience supporting demand forecasting and S&OP is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting product launches or new markets is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Digital & Consumer Marketing: Develop and implement consumer and digital marketing initiatives to generate demand and support revenue objectives.
• Demand Planning & Forecasting: Develop monthly aggregate demand forecasts for pharmaceutical products for S&OP.
• Sales & Operations Planning: Support demand consensus and inter-department planning meetings.
• Demand Performance & Business Analysis: Monitor actual sales and demand performance and provide actionable insights.
