Job summary

Abbott Philippines - Taguig is seeking a Demand Manager to lead affiliate demand planning, commercial reviews, and end-to-end NPI processes. You will develop forecasts, deliver business insights, and align across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams.

Strong Excel, BI tools, and cross-functional collaboration are essential. Based in the Philippines, the role focuses on ensuring forecast accuracy, launch readiness, and sustainable growth across Abbott’s Established

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
Minimum 3–5 years in Demand Planning or related area with measurable results.
Experience with planning, reporting, and BI tools is an advantage.
Experience in a multinational pharma or healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead affiliate Demand Planning and Commercial Review processes with consensus forecasts.
Drive end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) and launch readiness.
Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain and Area teams.
Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and supply constraints with corrective actions.
Publish ADS, demand reports, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Act as super user for Global NPI tool and ensure data governance.
