Curran Daly & Associates is seeking an experienced Demand Planning Specialist to generate and manage demand for branded products through consumer and digital marketing initiatives. You will develop monthly demand forecasts for Sales and Operations Planning and collaborate with sales, marketing, logistics, purchasing, and manufacturing to balance supply and demand.

The role requires 3+ years in demand planning/forecasting within Pharma, Food, Cosmetics, or industrial sectors, with strong Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of demand planning and forecasting experience in relevant industries.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement demand generation programs using consumer and digital channels.
• Develop aggregate demand plan and assumptions for S&OP.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, logistics, purchasing, and manufacturing.
• Develop product mix forecasts for supply planning.
• Support demand plans for new products/markets with product and marketing teams.
• Maintain forecasting tools and planning communications.
