Job summary

Abbott Philippines is seeking a Demand Manager in Taguig to lead affiliate demand planning, commercial reviews and end-to-end NPI. You will develop forecasts, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure data quality across planning systems to support launches and service levels.

You will partner with Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to optimize forecast accuracy, manage risks, and deliver actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Statistics.
• 3–5 years in Demand Planning, Demand Management, or related analytics roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional reviews and NPI projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead affiliate Demand Planning and Commercial Review processes with consensus-driven forecasts.
• Coordinate end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) for the affiliate.
• Analyze forecasts vs. actuals by product/brand/channel to identify risks and opportunities.
• Maintain data integrity across planning systems and generate timely reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain for launch readiness.
