Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a dynamic leader to manage the Consumer & Retail Sector team in the Philippines. You will act as the main entry point for CEVA BD A&O and grow the customer portfolio, handling key accounts and complex tenders.

You’ll collaborate with global and regional teams to steer performance and deliver the country budget. You will develop business strategies, maintain a healthy pipeline, and plan weekly and monthly reviews with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in Air & Ocean and related logistics products.
• Strong account management and customer-facing experience.
• Ability to influence and develop relationships locally and cross-functionally.
• Process-driven with focus on continuous improvement.
• Mature judgement and sound decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop market share and profitability through customer operations.
• Lead strategic sales plans for the sector.
• Review performance indicators and contract obligations.
• Coordinate with Global/Regional teams on key accounts.
• Maintain pipeline and conduct monthly business reviews.
• Propose new targets and originate new business.
• Coordinate with COS, CSS, IFFO on account planning.
• Lead tenders and present to country heads.
• Oversee SOPs and SLAs handovers.
• Prepare account dashboards.
