Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a senior accounting leader to drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of accounting policies and procedures within the CEVA Shared Services Center in the Philippines.

You will manage daily accounting operations, cash flow activities, and ensure accurate financial reporting, while maintaining strong internal controls and coordinating with KPMG and other auditors for timely remediation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or Masters in Finance or Accounting.
• Exposure to government tax and statutory requirements.
• Strong proficiency in accounting and auditing principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and improvement of accounting policies and procedures.
• Manage accounting operations and cash flow activities.
• Ensure accurate recording and allocation of revenues/expenses.
• Oversee reconciliations and accounts mapping in COA.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely remediation of findings.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and statutory returns.
• Support budgeting, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Maintain internal controls and segregation of duties.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis for improvement initiatives.
