You will collect attendance data, calculate payroll, prepare payslips and reports, and coordinate with HR to resolve inquiries, in a on-site setting with 1-3 years experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine payroll, withholding tax, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll or HR systems.
• Able to meet strict deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, deductions, and employee updates.
• Calculate payroll and review exceptions before finalization.
• Prepare bank files, payroll reports, payslips, and reconciliation schedules.
• Coordinate payroll inquiries and corrections with employees and HR.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and statutory contribution data.
