Job summary

You will work with the HR team to maintain confidential payroll data, generate payslips and reports, and handle payroll inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• College Level or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field preferred.
• 2–3 years payroll processing experience preferred.
• Payroll processing experience and strong numerical accuracy.
• Knowledge of Philippine payroll, withholding tax, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll or HR systems.
• Able to meet strict deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, deductions, and employee updates.
• Calculate payroll and review exceptions before finalization.
• Prepare bank files, payroll reports, payslips, and reconciliation schedules.
• Coordinate payroll inquiries and corrections with employees and HR.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and statutory contribution data.
