Job summary

Dimak Solutions Corp. is seeking a payroll professional to handle end-to-end payroll processing on-site in Makati. The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a bachelor's degree, and full-time availability.

The candidate will manage timekeeping, statutory deductions, and payroll reports using HRIS and manual methods, ensuring accurate, timely salary payments while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory deductions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of manual calculations of payroll and government contributions.
• Good knowledge of Philippine payroll requirements and labor regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage deadlines and multiple employee/client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Process and review timekeeping data to ensure accurate payroll computation.
• Prepare and execute on-cycle and off-cycle payroll in a timely manner using the company HRIS and manual computations.
• Consolidate and process employee-related payments, including incentives, intern allowances, reimbursements, and other approved payouts.
• Validate and process employee commissions, incentives, and other variable compensation components.
• Prepare, monitor, and coordinate the release of final pay and check disbursements for separated employees.
• Maintain schedules of employee deductions, loans, and balances to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and discrepancies related to payroll transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll records and employee information at all times.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll information for correct salary crediting and payout release.
• Utilize HRIS and manual computations to process payroll transactions and generate accurate payroll reports.
• Perform payroll data validation and reconciliation to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Assist in preparation of payroll-related reports, analyses, and special requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls, and system utilization.
• Ensure accurate computation, deduction, and timely remittance of statutory contributions, taxes, and other government deductions.
• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Prepare and certify employment, compensation, government remittances, and loan contributions as requested.
• Support compliance with labor regulations and government reporting requirements.
