The PEZA Processor / Documentation Specialist will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of warehouse and PEZA-related documentation and supporting daily warehousing and compliance activities. The role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal departments and external partners, and ensuring that warehouse transactions and documentation comply with PEZA regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
Prepare, review, and maintain warehouse and PEZA-related documents.
Ensure that warehouse transactions are properly documented and compliant with PEZA regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
Maintain accurate and organized physical and electronic records for audit and reference purposes.
Coordinate with relevant departments for document verification, approval, and submission.
Visit relevant government agencies, including PEZA and the Bureau of Customs, for inquiries, document processing, and approvals when required.
Process and prepare documentation required for smooth and timely warehouse operations.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of reports and documents submitted to government agencies and external offices.
Assist in coordinating PEZA-related requirements and warehouse documentation.
Perform other tasks related to warehousing and PEZA compliance as assigned by the Logistics Manager.
High school graduate or higher.
Open to undergraduate candidates.
