About the role
An ImpEx Processor is assigned to process all documents related to import and export transactions for FEII-Other Steel project. Company representative to government agencies like Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) and Bureau of Customs (BOC).
Processing (face-to-face) of Permits at the PEZA Zone Offices for Indirect/Drop-Off Export via PEZA Outgoing Form 8106, Local Sales (Finished Products/Subcontracting Services/Drop-Off) via 8106, Temporary/Permanent Transfers to/from Customs Territory (Farm-in via 8105/Farm-Out via 8106), Intrazone Transfers-Manual (PEZA Form 8112), Local Purchases (PEZA Incoming Form 8105), and Manual Letter of Authority (LOA) applications/Other Letter Requests
Monitoring Liquidation Ledgers of Indirect/Drop-Off Sales LOAs
Processing of Electronic Permits at PEZA - The One Portal System (PTOPS) including uploading of List of Importables for Electronic Certificate of Authority to Import (ECAI), Import Permit processing, uploading of Matrix of Exportables (MOE), Export Declaration processing, and Annual Compliance Certifications (COI, VAT Cert, CETI)
Processing of PEZA Permits at the web site of the company's chosen Value-Added Services Provider (VASP) for Electronic Zone Transfer System (eZTS) processing with Other PEZA Export/Logistics Enterprises and Nomination of licensed Brokers for Other Steel
Preparation of Sales Liquidation Report based on processed 8106 (Local & Export Sales), Local Purchases Report based on processed 8105 (Machinery & Equipment, Spare Parts, Tools, Raw Materials, Supplies), Report on Imports based on processed Import Permits, Report on Direct Exports based on processed Export Declarations, and Detailed Summary Series of processed PEZA Forms (8105, 8106, 8112)
Preparation and submission of Ecozone Monthly Performance Report (EZMPR) at the PEZA web site
Facilitate Order of Payment for Other Steel-related PEZA fees/permits at the PEZA online
Processing (face-to-face) at the BOC Zone Offices for processing of 8106 and 8105 (after PEZA processing), assisting Broker representative in the processing of imported deliveries upon arrival to the zone, submission of General Transportation Surety Bond (GTSB) for Indirect/Drop-Off Export LOAs, and processing and payment of Informal Entries (Disposition of Assets/Scraps related to Other Steel)
Semi-monthly/Monthly preparation and Email submission to BOC of Local Sales Liquidation Report with VAT Return of Buyer
Coordination with NSCR Team, Admin Team, Brokers, VASPs and PEZA & BOC Zone Offices for PEZA/BOC-related transactions
Graduate of any four-year course
Preferably with at least 1 year experience related to job requirement
Proficient in MS Excel (for compliance reports) and MS Word (for letter requests)
Willing to do field work (if necessary on a particular working day)
Preferably can drive a 4-wheel vehicle
