Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking a PEZA Processor / Documentation Specialist in Laguna to manage warehouse and PEZA documentation, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely processing. The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and willingness to learn PEZA procedures.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred. This on-site position offers growth in a dynamic logistics environment and exposure to government

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required; undergraduates welcome.
• 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain warehouse and PEZA documents.
• Ensure transactions comply with PEZA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate physical and electronic records for audits.
• Coordinate with departments for verification, approval, and submission.
• Visit PEZA and Bureau of Customs for inquiries and approvals when needed.
• Process documentation to support smooth warehouse operations.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of reports submitted to government agencies.
• Assist in coordinating PEZA-related requirements and warehouse docs.
• Support logistics manager with related tasks.
