Responsibilities

• Preparing PEZA forms (8106, 8105).
• Coordination with suppliers for the required documents.
• Coordination with the brokers for the release of imported goods.
• Checking of brokers’ billing
• Facilitation of shipments and required documents and permits.
• Coordinated compliance with PEZA and BOC regarding shipments and movements.
• Monitors shipments for both import and export.
• Oversee the overall operations of the Warehouse Department.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other department to meet demand.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse leaders and operators.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong background with PEZA processing of import and export requirements including LOA
• Previous experience in manufacturing company is an advantage but not a requirement
• Experience with warehousing is a plus
