Job summary

SM Store in the Philippines is seeking a dedicated Personal Shopper to fulfill customer transactions according to SM’s Personal Shopper standards. The role focuses on building and sustaining strong relationships with customers, presenting relevant products or promotions, and following operational standards to guarantee excellent service and a seamless shopping experience.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with 2–3 years of experience in a selling or customer support role.
