• Handles online comparable research
• Produce legal documents pertaining to land conveyance and manage departmental forms for submission
• Keeps and organize records and files
• Coordinate with various Government Offices
• Process and coordinate with various internal departments for administrative concerns
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all lot and land transactions within target markets
• Coordinate with different departments to communicate current and prospective project needs
• All other tasks that the Community Development Manager may assign

Qualifications:

• College graduate
• 1-2 years of experience in Land Management, Real Estate or related field
• Experience in reporting and database monitoring is preferred
• Familiarity with land laws, property rights, and acquisition process
• Proficient in MS Office, and basic knowledge of KMZ or SW Maps tools is an advantage
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to work in the field under varying conditions
• Willingness to travel and be assigned in different sites
