Cebu Landmasters, Inc. is seeking a Permits & Licenses Officer to join our on-site team in Cebu.

The role focuses on securing, renewing, and monitoring permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals for our real estate projects, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with local regulations. The successful candidate will coordinate with government agencies, maintain accurate records, and work closely with project, legal, and finance teams to streamline processes and address regulatory inquiries

Qualificações

• Strong administrative and documentation skills for permits and licenses.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and government liaison work.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with internal teams, external partners, and public officials.
• Solid time management and ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in basic office software and comfort with digital records.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in reviewing documents for compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Legal Management, or related field.
• Prior experience in real estate, construction, property development, or a similar industry.
