Cebu Landmasters, Inc. is seeking a Permits and Licenses Associate to join our Central Luzon team in a full-time capacity. The role ensures timely acquisition of required permits and licenses to support ongoing property development projects.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in permits/licensing or administrative support, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Fluency in English and Cebuano is essential for stakeholder liaison.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience in permits and licenses or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication in English and Cebuano; liaise with stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit permit and license applications for projects.
• Liaise with government agencies to follow up on permit/license status.
• Maintain records and documentation of the licensing process.
• Identify and address issues or roadblocks in licensing.
• Provide updates to project teams on permit status.
• Assist with other admin tasks supporting Cebu office operations.
