Job summary

Doneverse is seeking a high-performance Doer Success Leader to drive output and client success for a large remote team of elite virtual assistants. You’ll own performance metrics, coaching, and growth initiatives in a fast-moving digital marketing environment.

You’ll lead with clarity, structure, and high standards, partnering with client teams to resolve escalations and optimize processes. This role requires strong leadership and a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a remote Doer team with clear ownership and accountability.
• Enforce and optimize KPIs across output quality, timely delivery, attendance and communication.
• Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Client Experience to resolve escalations and refunds swiftly.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans when needed.
• Build strong relationships with clients and Doers to foster trust.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends to guide the team.

What You’ll Own

You’ll lead with clarity, structure, and high standards by:

• Driving performance and productivity across your assigned Doer team

• Enforcing and optimizing KPIs across output quality, task completion, time & attendance, communication, and proactivity

• Conducting weekly 1:1 performance and coaching sessions to push continuous improvement

• Partnering closely with the Client Experience team to resolve escalations, concerns, or refunds swiftly and professionally

• Identifying performance gaps early and implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when needed

• Building strong, trust-based relationships with both clients and Doers

• Staying sharp on digital marketing trends and best practices to better guide and support your team

• Strong experience in digital marketing, including:

• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical judgment

• The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing focus

• Hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g., ActivTrak or similar)

• Sharp problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
