Job summary

Doneverse is seeking a high-performance Doer Success Leader to lead from the front, raise standards, and drive real results for a large remote team of elite virtual assistants serving Australia and the US.

You’ll own performance, KPIs, and client success, coaching weekly 1:1s, enforcing quality and accountability, and partnering with the Client Experience team to resolve escalations and ensure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing leadership and scaling remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance and productivity across the assigned remote team.
• Enforce and optimize KPIs for output quality, task completion, time & attendance, communication and proactivity.
• Conduct weekly 1:1 performance and coaching sessions to drive improvement.
• Partner with Client Experience to resolve escalations, concerns, or refunds promptly.
• Identify performance gaps early and implement Performance Improvement Plans as needed.
• Build strong relationships with clients and Doers based on trust and results.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends to guide and support the team.

What You’ll Own

• Building strong, trust-based relationships with both clients and Doers

• Staying sharp on digital marketing trends and best practices to better guide and support your team
