Doneverse is seeking a high‑performance Doer Success Leader to lead from the front, raise standards, and drive real results for a large remote team of elite virtual assistants working with clients in Australia and the US.

You’ll own performance, productivity, and client success while coaching and elevating your team in a fast‑moving digital marketing company. This role rewards accountability and impact, with opportunities to shape client outcomes and team growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance and productivity across your Doer team.
• Enforce and optimize KPIs for output quality, time, and attendance.
• Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions for continuous improvement.
• Partner with Client Experience to resolve escalations swiftly.
• Identify gaps and implement Performance Improvement Plans when needed.
• Build strong relationships with clients and Doers.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends to guide the team.

What You’ll Own

You’ll lead with clarity, structure, and high standards by:

• Driving performance and productivity across your assigned Doer team

• Enforcing and optimizing KPIs across output quality, task completion, time & attendance, communication, and proactivity

• Conducting weekly 1:1 performance and coaching sessions to push continuous improvement

• Partnering closely with the Client Experience team to resolve escalations, concerns, or refunds swiftly and professionally

• Identifying performance gaps early and implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when needed

• Building strong, trust‑based relationships with both clients and Doers

• Staying sharp on digital marketing trends and best practices to better guide and support your team

• Strong experience in digital marketing, including:

  • Direct response marketing

• A data‑driven mindset with strong analytical judgment

• The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing focus

• Hands‑on experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g., ActivTrak or similar)

• Sharp problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills

• A client‑first mentality—you care deeply about outcomes, not excuses
