Job summary

HSBC is seeking an experienced professional to join the Performance Services team in Taguig as Manager/Assistant Vice President. The role supports the COO Office with governance, strategy execution and business management, including financial planning and risk oversight.

Strong collaboration with HR, Finance and regional teams is essential to drive improvements and people engagement. Responsibilities include coordinating large change initiatives, delivering governance updates, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience supporting end-to-end change and continuous improvement initiatives, including simplification and/or automation.
• Solid project management capability with cross-functional delivery, dependencies and governance updates.
• Experience supporting service performance management (KPIs/dashboards, tracking, actions).
• Experience with financial planning and reporting in partnership with Finance, focusing on cost discipline and transparency.
• Experience supporting Non-Financial Risk (NFR) activities, including regulatory reporting and governance.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end change initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and communications to deliver outcomes on time.
• Support delivery of strategic programmes with day-to-day project management and governance reporting.
• Provide executive and administrative support to the Country COO / Head of Performance Services.
• Assist in communications and stakeholder alignment to ensure understanding of the function's value.
• Support management of KPIs, dashboards and performance tracking to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate planning, forecasting and reporting inputs with Finance for cost discipline.
