Job summary

Beepo Inc. in Central Luzon, Philippines, is hiring a Performance Media Specialist to manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube, optimizing for conversions and ROI.

You will work remotely on Sydney hours, coordinate with internal teams, track performance in HubSpot and GA4, and continually test and iterate to improve lead quality for B2B clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube campaigns across brands; plan, build, and optimize.
• Perform landing page optimization and A/B testing with design and HubSpot.
• Lead full-funnel reporting and tie conversions to inquiries and quote value.
• Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research; inform paid and content strategy.
• Explore new platforms and formats as brands launch (Reddit, programmatic on radar).

Your Role

As a Performance Media Specialist, you are responsible for:

• Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube campaigns across all brands, planned, built, and optimized continuously.
• Landing page optimization and A/B testing with design and HubSpot; every campaign paired with a page built to convert.
• Conversion tracking tied to inquiries and quote value in HubSpot; full-funnel reporting leadership can act on.
• Keyword, audience, and competitor research, AI-accelerated, feeding both paid and content strategy.
• New platforms and formats as brands launch (Reddit and programmatic on the radar).

Qualifications

• Daily experience using AI tools as a core part of how you produce.
• Built and optimized Google and Meta campaigns yourself, with results you can talk through in detail.
• Considered buyers, longer cycles, and quality-over-volume B2B lead generation expertise.
• Conversion tracking, GA4, pixels, and UTM discipline set up properly.
• Strong project management and stakeholder skills, keeping internal and external stakeholders aligned and informed without being asked.
• Test, learn, and iterate weekly without being asked.
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken, with reliable full-time availability on Sydney hours.
