You will work remotely on Sydney hours, coordinate with internal teams, track performance in HubSpot and GA4, and continually test and iterate to improve lead quality for B2B clients.

Qualifications

• Daily experience using AI tools as part of production.
• Built and optimized Google and Meta campaigns with measurable results.
• B2B lead generation with longer sales cycles.
• Conversion tracking setup: GA4, pixels, and UTM discipline.
• Strong project management and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube campaigns across brands; plan, build, and optimize.
• Perform landing page optimization and A/B testing with design and HubSpot.
• Lead full-funnel reporting and tie conversions to inquiries and quote value.
• Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research; inform paid and content strategy.
• Explore new platforms and formats as brands launch (Reddit, programmatic on radar).
