Job summary

AIRR Labs Inc. is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist in the Philippines to design media plans and guide campaign execution across paid channels.

You will work with the Media Lead and PMAs to ensure on-strategy delivery and oversee regular optimizations with strong data-backed reporting. The role requires a 2+ year track record in performance marketing, full-funnel ad experience (TikTok, Meta, Lazada, Shopee), and solid Excel/data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, or Marketing Management.
• Experience in full-funnel marketing with a specialization in performance marketing.
• Experience in TikTok/Shop full-funnel ads (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion), Meta CPAS, and onsite ads on Lazada and Shopee.
• At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, media planning, and buying.
• Intermediate Excel skills (filters, SUMIF, VLOOKUP; Pivot tables a plus).
• Strong data analytics and performance measurement skills, comfortable navigating complex datasets.
• Active problem solver with strong presentation skills.
• Analytical, creative, and resilient — with a proactive mindset toward campaign optimization and new strategies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design media plans and strategy.
• Oversee PMAs to ensure media execution is on-strategy.
• Provide guidance and oversight on regular campaign optimizations.
• Manage AB testing schedules and structures for PMAs.
• Ensure accurate execution of media buys against plan and strategy.
• Produce internal reporting and support PMAs on external stakeholder reporting.
• Lead operational process improvements with the Media Lead.
• Create wireframes and back data-driven recommendations across media channels.
• Apply best practices and industry standards across all media executions.
