Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Strong experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Looker Studio.
• Experience with SEO fundamentals and landing page optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other advertising platforms.
• Manage PPC, display, remarketing, and lead generation campaigns.
• Monitor campaign budgets, CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion performance.
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
• Perform A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and ad copy.
• Implement and maintain Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
• Produce weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with recommendations.
• Work with designers and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends.
• Support email marketing automation and lead nurturing campaigns where required.
