Job summary

AIRR Labs is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist in the Philippines to craft media strategy and guide campaign execution across paid channels. You will lead a small team of PMAs, shape media plans with the Media Lead, and ensure data-driven decisions drive optimizations.

The role requires 2+ years in performance marketing, strong analytics, and hands-on experience with TikTok/Shop, Meta, and Google ads. Agency experience is a plus and leadership capabilities are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, or Marketing Management.
• 2+ years in performance marketing with full-funnel focus.
• Experience with TikTok/Shop ads, Meta CPAs, and Lazada/Shopee is required.
• Agency experience with media planning and buying is a must.

Responsibilities

• Design media plans and strategy with the Media Lead.
• Oversee PMAs to ensure accurate media execution.
• Schedule and structure AB testing for PMAs.
• Execute media buys according to plan and strategy.
• Produce internal reports and support external stakeholder reporting.
• Improve operational processes with the Media Lead.
• Create wireframes and back recommendations with data support.
• Adhere to best practices and industry standards across media.
