Blueshift Energy Inc. is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid marketing channels, generating qualified leads and maximizing ROAS across Meta, Google, landing pages, and lifecycle campaigns.

The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable using data to make decisions, test campaigns, identify opportunities, and continuously improve marketing performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Performance Marketing or related role.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of paid advertising, lead generation, conversion optimization, and remarketing.
• Experience tracking ROAS, CPL, conversion rates, and other performance metrics.
• Experience with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and campaign experimentation is an advantage.
• Experience with CRM, lead tracking, analytics, or marketing automation platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Drive a consistent flow of qualified leads through paid marketing channels.
• Monitor and optimize CPL, conversion rates, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Develop and test audiences, creatives, messaging, offers, and landing pages to improve performance.
• Manage and optimize landing pages to improve lead conversion.
• Develop and manage customer lifecycle and remarketing campaigns, including campaigns for lost leads.
• Segment lost leads based on reasons and develop messaging to recover them.
• Track campaign performance and analyze results by lead cohort to measure revenue and advertising effectiveness.
• Conduct regular campaign reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure paid leads are tracked and aligned with business goals.
• Maintain organized campaign structures, tracking systems, reports, and processes.
• Stay updated on advertising platforms and performance marketing best practices.
• Take ownership of campaign performance and strive toward lead generation and ROAS targets.
