GoTyme Bank is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to drive digital acquisition and growth through SEO, paid media, and multi-channel campaigns. You will own strategy, coordinate with partners, and focus on optimizing ROI and conversion rates.

The role requires strong analytics, experience with Google Analytics, Firebase, and AppsFlyer, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience building multi-channel marketing strategies including affiliate marketing, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with campaign analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy (with support of media agency).
• Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO).
• Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS.
• Manage paid listings on third party websites and media partners.
• Manage Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, etc. to track and measure campaigns.
• Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports and recommend optimization actions to sales/marketing teams.
• Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests and user feedback to improve conversions.
• Monitor CAC trend.
