Qualifications
- Experience in HR operations or talent management.
- Strong understanding of performance management cycles and annual reviews.
- Experience coordinating Workday workflows and testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mid-year and end-of-year performance review cycles with governance and planning.
- Develop and manage the annual performance timetable and milestones.
- Configure, test, and launch performance review processes in Workday with stakeholders.
