Qualifications

• Experience in creative strategy and performance-focused advertising across paid social channels.
• Strong copywriting and briefing skills with ability to translate data into actionable concepts.
• Proven ability to manage UGC creators and coordinate content production.

Responsibilities

• Develop weekly paid creative concepts, hooks, and scripts based on market insights.
• Maintain a testing pipeline to optimize ad concepts and reduce fatigue.
• Provide creative direction to editors and set expectations on pacing and overlays.
• Source and manage UGC creators, guide scripting, and secure usage rights for paid ads.
• Collaborate with PPC and organic teams to align strategies across platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
