Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience for ecommerce or direct-response marketing
• Experience creating performance-driven video advertisements for Meta or other paid social platforms
• Strong understanding of direct-response marketing, customer attention, retention, and creative performance
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software

Responsibilities

• Edit high-performing video advertisements for Meta and other paid social platforms
• Transform raw footage, UGC, creator content, and existing brand assets into compelling advertisements
• Create multiple creative variations to test different hooks, messaging, pacing, and calls-to-action
• Optimize videos for mobile-first viewing and platform-specific best practices
• Repurpose existing content into fresh advertising creatives
