Job description

Owns paid growth end-to-end across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Amazon / Shopify Ads - campaign strategy, spend pacing, optimization, creative input selection, and paid performance reporting. Directly supervises the Ads Specialist, who handles day-to-day campaign execution.

Daily Tasks

• Review budget pacing and delivery across all paid channels.
• Review campaign performance and flag anomalies.
• Set daily priorities for the Ads Specialist.
• Confirm promoted products are in stock and conversion-ready.

Weekly Tasks

• Review performance by product, creative, and channel.
• Approve tests the Ads Specialist proposes and prioritize the testing queue.
• Share winning insights with the Account Executive, Operations, and Affiliate Specialist.

Monthly Tasks

• Deliver the monthly ad performance summary.
• Evaluate contribution to account growth and efficiency goals.
• Recommend scaling, restructuring, or budget shifts.
• Build the next month’s testing roadmap with the Ads Specialist.
