Job summary
Star Digital Marketing Solutions Inc. is seeking an Ads Specialist to drive online sales and traffic through paid campaigns across TikTok, Shopee, Meta, and Google.
You will optimize budgets, build audiences, and run A/B tests to improve ROAS and conversions. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in performance marketing, hands-on TikTok/TikTok Shop/Shopee experience, and familiarity with tracking, analytics, and reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2–3 years of paid advertising or performance marketing experience.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop, or Shopee Ads.
- Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of paid media metrics, targeting, and optimization.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and scaling campaigns by performance.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Proficient in TikTok Ads Manager; preference for Meta Business Suite and Google Ads Manager.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across TikTok, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on sales, conversions, ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPL, and other key metrics
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend based on campaign performance and objectives
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategies for different campaigns
- Optimize product and promotional campaigns across TikTok Shop and Shopee
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, videos, copy, audiences, placements, and campaign settings
- Identify high-performing campaigns and implement strategies to scale them efficiently
- Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to develop effective advertising materials
- Track campaign results and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign data, competitor activities, and market trends
- Monitor platform updates and identify new advertising opportunities
- Ensure proper tracking and measurement of campaign performance
- Recommend strategies to improve traffic, conversions, sales, and overall advertising efficiency
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align paid campaigns with business objectives
