Job summary

Sky Ads Inc. is seeking experienced ADS Staff with hands-on expertise in TikTok Ads Manager, Meta/Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or other performance platforms. The role focuses on monitoring campaigns, optimizing performance, and managing budgets and audiences to maximize results.

You will analyze metrics, conduct A/B tests, track conversions, and implement strategies to improve CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS. An international working environment and KPI-based bonuses accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with major ad platforms (TikTok, Meta/Facebook, Google Ads).
• Understanding of campaign creation, objectives, audience targeting, creatives, and budget management.
• Knowledge of CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, conversions, A/B testing and optimization.
