Job summary

Canon Business Process Services Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced LXP/LMS administrator and instructional designer to manage Skillsoft Percipio and develop engaging e-learning programs.

The role includes platform administration, content configuration, analytics, and compliance support across hybrid night-shift schedules. You will design and deliver learning solutions, support organizational development and safety training, and act as the main contact for platform adoption and user

Qualifications

• Degree in Training and Development, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years LXP/LMS administration experience.
• Can work in a Hybrid Environment and in a Night-shift schedule.
• Experience creating virtual classroom training programs and designing learning solutions.
• Advanced knowledge and administration of LMS/LXP systems.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and database tools such as Access.
• Working knowledge of screen capture tools such as Camtasia.
• Working knowledge of instructional design concepts, WBT, and SCORM.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
• Customer service orientation and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Skillsoft Percipio learning platform, including user accounts, roles, permissions, and audience structures to support enterprise training needs.
• Manage and deploy training assignments, learning programs, and compliance initiatives to targeted audiences, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
• Configure and curate learning content, channels, and custom programs to support organizational development, safety training, and leadership initiatives.
• Generate and analyze platform reports and dashboards to track training completion, compliance status, and learner engagement, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Skillsoft Percipio support, troubleshooting user issues, communicating platform updates, and driving adoption across the organization.
• Design on-demand learning modules, classroom training, and video content with clear course objectives and assessment evaluation.
• Develop and deliver learning solutions using appropriate methodologies and subject matter expertise.
• Assist in e-learning strategy development, guidelines, and tool selection to support existing programs and content.
