Job summary

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is seeking a PeopleSoft Financials Functional Support analyst to provide day-to-day functional support for Peoplesoft Financials modules in the Manila MSC. You will troubleshoot issues, document requirements, and collaborate with developers and business users to deliver efficient solutions.

You will contribute to testing, system upgrades, and documentation, while promoting continuous process improvement and best practices within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance is required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are needed to support users.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Peoplesoft Financials modules.
