Job summary

International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Makati, Philippines, is seeking an IRSP Data & Analytics Officer to perform data analytics and HR administration tasks. The role supports enrolment, benefits payments, reporting, and data quality across HR systems, with collaboration across Finance, HRSS, and HQ counterparts.

Requires a university degree, knowledge of BI/SQL/Tableau, English (French a plus), and 3–5 years in HR/shared services. Fixed-term, onsite engagement for six months.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out data analytics transactions and administrative work within HR Shared Services.
• Support enrolment, contributions, payment of benefits, and reporting needs.
• Provide guidance on data analytics issues to IRSP Officers and contribute to dashboards and institutional reporting.
• Ensure data quality, validation, and timely processing across systems.
• Support audit activities and process improvements within the IRSP Data & Analytics scope.
