Job summary

International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is seeking a Data & Analytics Officer for the Manila Shared Services Centre. The role focuses on data analytics transactions, enrolment and reporting, and supporting HR-related data needs. Candidate will work onsite in Makati under a fixed-term six-month contract and collaborate across HRSS and Finance teams.

The ideal candidate has a university degree, strong knowledge of BI/SQL/Tableau, and excellent English. French is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of BI, SQL, and Tableau.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of French is an asset.
• Proficient with computer applications.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in HR administration or HR shared services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data management processes and documentation.
• Provide analytics insights and support dashboards for stakeholders.
• Assist in annual reporting and data validation for audits.
• Support in post go-live data analysis and process improvements.
