Qualifications

• 3-5 years supporting PeopleSoft Financial Management 9.2 in an enterprise IT setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong SQL and PSQuery skills for troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Experience with system monitoring and incident management.
• Knowledge of month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and system maintenance for PeopleSoft Financial Modules.
• Monitor system performance and data integrity to prevent issues.
• Handle incident management and coordinate with IT and finance teams.
• Review and implement configuration changes to optimize performance.
• Support testing, UAT, and regression testing for changes.
• Create functional specs and documentation.
