Job summary

Booth & Partners in Makati seeks a detail-oriented HR Reporting Analyst to enhance reporting capabilities primarily using SuccessFactors. You will ensure data consistency, streamline HR reporting, and improve people analytics while collaborating with HR, IT, and Finance teams.

You will develop SF reports, automate processes, and provide ad hoc analytics with emphasis on data quality and timeliness. Strong Excel skills and cross-functional teamwork are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools is essential.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Familiarity with Power BI is preferred, though not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage reports in SuccessFactors using the Report Center to track headcount, turnover, tenure, and compensation.
• Enhance and automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analytics support in response to HR stakeholder requests.
• Collaborate with HRIS and Finance teams for data validation and quality improvements.
• Support Power BI dashboard maintenance by translating SF reports into insightful visuals.
