Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Lead, People Solutions to drive end-to-end process transformation across geographies and functions. You will develop project plans, align business and technical needs, and ensure successful tool setup and adoption.

The role emphasizes talent development, scalable processes, and durable improvements. You will lead diagnostics, baselining, solution design, deployment, and continuous improvement, partnering with analysts, developers, and operations teams to deliver measurable

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience leading a team in process re-engineering.
Ability to inspire and empower teams; strong People Development focus.
Strong skills in process mapping, gap analysis, root cause analysis and value stream mapping.
Proficiency with process documentation tools (MS Visio, Lucidchart).
Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management and translating business needs into technical requirements.
Knowledge of HR or HRIS core processes (onboarding, transfers/movement, offboarding, KRAs).
Familiar with project management practices (scoping, scheduling, risk management, delivery tracking).
Familiar with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project planning and execution across geographies and functions.
Serve as a conduit between business and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet end-user needs.
Oversee deployment of new processes and technologies and drive adoption with training and support.
Guide the creation and maintenance of policies, processes, and business requirements.
Coordinate post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
