Job summary

TaskUs in the Philippines is seeking a Lead, People Solutions to guide process re-engineering and people development across a matrix of business units. You will map as-is and to-be processes, define scope, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria with stakeholders.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical requirements, drive change management, oversee UAT, training, and post-deployment support, and champion continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma

Qualifications

• Experience in leading process re-engineering of core end-to-end business processes.
• Ability to inspire and empower teams to achieve potential with strong People Development.
• Proficient in process mapping, gap analysis, root cause analysis, and value stream mapping.
• Experience with documentation tools like MS Visio, Lucidchart.
• Cross-functional stakeholder mgmt across business and tech.
• Comfort translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Exposure to HR/HRIS processes and project management basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning for process re-engineering across end-to-end business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for tool config and integration.
• Oversee UAT, deployment, training, and post-implementation support.
• Drive change management and continuous improvement across geographies.
• Maintain documentation of policies, processes, and requirements.
• Provide ongoing leadership and governance for process initiatives.
