Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven hands-on experience with spreadsheets.
• At least 1 year of proven hands-on experience with data sourcing & analytics.
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Can communicate effectively.
• Take initiative and drive actions without heavy oversight.
• Strong problem solving and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate data into insights and stories to drive strategic decisions.
• Analyze complex data sets to develop actionable insights.
• Use storytelling to present clear, concise insights.
• Collaborate with business partners to interpret results and identify next steps.
• Develop ad hoc reports to support business insights.
• Partner with data visualization teams for repeatable reporting and data hygiene.
• Translate requirements into technical specs for data/reporting teams.
