Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the Site Leader.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Site Leader and Leadership Team, including reports, presentations, and communications.
• Oversee People Services including Medical and Employee Services, transport, cafeteria operations, and site support services.
• Coordinate with committees, service partners, and government agencies to ensure compliance and improve employee experience.
