• Provide timely and accurate information via the People ticketing system
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Administer and analyze onboarding surveys
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns
• Assist in resolving workplace issues in accordance with company policy and labor laws
• Support engagement activities to promote a positive work environment
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures
• Maintain complete and accurate employee records
• Assist with audits, mandatory government filings, and training compliance
