Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a GSSC People Services Assistant Manager to lead the delivery of People shared services across assigned countries, ensuring SLAs, quality, and compliance are met. The role involves team leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement within a hybrid work model.

You will oversee case triage, workload balancing, and stakeholder collaboration while driving recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum of 5 years in HR Shared Services or HR Operations.
• Minimum of 2–3 years leading teams or shifts in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of People shared services across countries, processes, queues, and shifts.
• Oversee daily operations within People Assist and related systems, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.
• Monitor KPIs including SLA attainment and backlog management, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Escalate complex or high-impact cases and engage stakeholders for risk mitigation.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives within the team.
• Support process improvements, automation, and AI opportunities across GPSS services.
