Responsibilities

• Service Delivery & Case Management: Manage employee and manager requests through People Assist, ensuring cases are documented, tracked, and resolved.
• Monitor deadlines and escalate risks when cases near or exceed timelines.
• Review and triage incoming requests, guiding with approved resources or routing to the right team.
• Communicate clearly with employees, managers, and stakeholders throughout resolution.
• Data Management & Compliance: Maintain employee records in Oracle HCM and follow KBAs.
• File and manage documentation, prepare letters and notifications.
• Adhere to data privacy and compliance with internal controls.
• Continuous Improvement: Review process docs and workflows; identify automation opportunities.
• Collaboration & Project Support: Collaborate with People team and vendors to resolve inquiries.
• Support ad hoc projects and new systems changes.
