Arcadis is seeking an experienced GSSC People Services Assistant Manager to oversee end-to-end HR shared services delivery across assigned countries. You will manage daily operations, triage inquiries, monitor KPIs, and escalate complex cases, while driving continuous improvement and a positive employee experience.

You will lead a team comprising Team Leaders and Specialists, partner with Payroll and Talent Acquisition, and work with ERP/HR systems to ensure service excellence and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in HR shared services or similar service delivery environment.
• 2-3 years leading teams or shift operations.
• Understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience with HR systems, preferably Oracle HCM, and case management tools.
• Familiar with SLA management, queue management, workload balancing, escalation handling, and operational reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of People shared services across countries, processes, queues, and shifts.
• Oversee daily operations within People Assist and related People systems.
• Monitor KPIs including SLA attainment, backlog management, and productivity metrics.
• Act as primary escalation point for complex employee cases.
• Lead governance discussions with in-country People teams and stakeholders.
• Coach and develop a high-performing, customer-focused team.
