Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a GPSS Specialist II to deliver efficient People administration and case management across the employee lifecycle.

Within a centralized team, you will handle requests via People Assist, ensure SLA compliance, provide tier-two support, and help maintain process documentation.

Experience in HRIS (Oracle HCM) and proficiency in Microsoft applications are preferred, with strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years in People teams or similar customer service roles.
• Strong communication skills are vital.
• Ability to prioritize workloads in a high‑pressure environment.
• Willingness to work on different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve people requests through the People Assist platform, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant case handling in line with SLAs.
• Track, prioritise, and document cases to maintain efficient case management.
• Act as a SME within a designated service area and provide tier‑two escalation support.
• Update process documentation to maintain consistency and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with People colleagues, leaders, and vendors to resolve inquiries and deliver effective solutions.
