Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an entry-level People Services Advisor based in the Philippines. The role supports North America and focuses on HR inquiries across benefits, payroll, compensation, compliance, ER, IT, talent, HRIS, procurement and accounts payable.

The ideal candidate will handle inquiries in Spanish with English support, provide Tier 1 shared services, and maintain the employee lifecycle per company processes and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum B2 level Spanish.
• 2+ years of professional experience handling sensitive employment information.
• Experience with Workday preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line point of contact for employee inquiries across Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Regulatory & Compliance, ER, IT, TA, TM, HRIS, Procurement and Accounts Payable.
• Coordinate and maintain full employee lifecycle within standard processes and platforms.
• Prioritize Spanish inquiries while supporting English-speaking employees.
• Provide high-level customer service to internal and external clients across all levels and business lines, including calls, chats, and HR tickets within SLA.

Job Description Summary

This individual will act as front-line point of contact for employee inquiries which include but not limited to Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Regulatory & Compliance, Employee Relations, Information Technology, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HRIS, Procurement and Accounts Payable functions. He or She will be responsible to coordinate and maintain the full employee life cycle within the standard company processes and various platforms. He or she will prioritize inquiries received in Spanish but will also support the English-speaking employee population.

About The Role

• Entry-level HR Advisor in large and complex organization supporting US Employee base
• Responsible to provide Shared Services Tier 1 level support
• Knowledge and expertise of all HR matters across the entire employee life-cycle, from hire through retire and across complex business
• Respond to questions regarding standard HR procedures and practices to support Managers and Employees
• Provide high-level customer service to all internal and external clients across all levels and business lines, including but not limited to answering phone calls, chat, and HR ticket inquiries within required SLA.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Minimum B2 level Spanish
• 2+ years of professional or related experience with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employment information (or any similar combination of education and experience)
• Experience with Workday preferred
• Strong customer service skills
